At the Connective Tissue Coalition, volunteers aren't an afterthought. They are the coalition. Whether you're living with EDS, Marfan, or Loeys-Dietz yourself, loving someone who is, or simply believe that people in chronic pain deserve better answers — your time and energy belong here.
How Volunteers Power CTC
We welcome volunteers across a wide range of roles and skill sets:
Community & Outreach — Help spread awareness, support our social media presence, and connect newly diagnosed patients to resources and community.
Event Support — Join the team behind the We Are CTC 5K and other CTC events, from planning to day-of logistics.
Peer Support & Connection — Offer support and lived experience to patients and families who are earlier in their journey than you.
Research Advocacy — Help amplify CTC's research mission to broader audiences, funders, and policymakers.
Administrative & Behind-the-Scenes — Strong organizers, writers, graphic designers, and detail-oriented helpers keep everything running.
